Sade El Aarji

Indifférence envers les patients, il n'y a pas de travail le samedi et le dimanche comme on dit, ils ferment avant une heure de l'après-midi, et les médecins sont souvent absents. Sans parler d'autres choses désastreuses...😓

Clinical Guidance

How to assess symptoms and act early

For clinic-based care in Sale, request same-day review when symptoms involve multiple systems or when diagnosis and treatment need coordinated evaluation.

Symptom guide

Clinic triage prioritizes complexity, progression speed, and need for multi-specialty or diagnostic support in one coordinated pathway.

When to request same-day medical help

  • Symptoms are persistent and not clearly explained by one simple cause.
  • You need coordinated assessment with labs, imaging, and specialist input.
  • Current treatment is not improving the condition over expected time.
  • Chronic conditions are flaring and require structured same-day review.

Emergency warning signs (call now)

  • Severe breathing difficulty, chest pain, confusion, or collapse.
  • Stroke-like signs, seizure, or sudden neurologic deficit.
  • Uncontrolled bleeding, severe dehydration, or rapidly worsening state.
  • Any instability where emergency dispatch is safer than outpatient flow.

What to do while waiting for the doctor

  • Keep the patient stable and avoid unnecessary exertion.
  • Prepare full medical file including medications and previous reports.
  • Note symptom onset, progression, and current severity.
  • Escalate to emergency call if red flags appear before appointment.

Good outcomes usually come from early escalation, clear symptom tracking, and disciplined waiting steps.
