These Terms govern your access to and use of SOS DOC digital channels, emergency coordination services, and related website features in Morocco.
These Terms are designed for operational launch readiness and should be reviewed by Moroccan legal counsel before final publication.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using SOS DOC channels, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Nature of Service
- SOS DOC provides coordination and facilitation services for healthcare-at-home and related care requests.
- SOS DOC is not presented as a substitute for public emergency systems in life-threatening situations.
- For immediate life-threatening emergencies, contact local emergency authorities without delay.
3. Eligibility and User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when requesting service.
- You agree not to submit unlawful, misleading, abusive, or fraudulent requests.
- You are responsible for decisions taken based on your own submitted information.
4. Medical Information and Triage Content
Website guidance, symptom information, and directory content are informational and coordination-oriented. They do not replace individualized medical diagnosis or emergency triage by competent professionals.
5. Third-Party Provider Network
Healthcare professionals or facilities listed or mobilized through SOS DOC may operate as independent third parties. Professional acts remain under the responsibility of the relevant healthcare provider, within applicable law.
6. Availability, Timing, and Coverage
Service availability may vary by city, time window, specialty, weather, transport conditions, and operational safety constraints. Any timing estimate is a target, not a guarantee.
7. Pricing and Payment
When a service is billable, pricing and payment terms are communicated before confirmation, in line with applicable consumer-information duties.
8. Prohibited Use
- No scraping, reverse engineering, security probing, or abuse of platform features.
- No infringement of intellectual-property rights, data-protection rights, or third-party rights.
- No use of SOS DOC brand/content for unauthorized commercial exploitation.
9. Intellectual Property
Site content, branding, visual assets, and original text are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.
10. Liability Limits
To the extent permitted by law, SOS DOC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from external network failures, force majeure, unavailable third-party providers, or inaccurate user-supplied information.
11. Suspension and Termination
SOS DOC may refuse, suspend, or terminate access in case of misuse, legal risk, operational safety concerns, or non-compliance with these Terms.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any unresolved dispute is subject to the competent courts in Morocco, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
