What to share before the first visit

It helps to describe one activity that has become difficult, such as getting up from a chair or moving between rooms. Tell us whether you are starting physiotherapy or continuing sessions already recommended by a clinician. Have any referral, existing rehabilitation plan or movement restrictions available for the physiotherapist.

What we can arrange

The first visit gives the physiotherapist a chance to assess your mobility and discuss what you want to work on. They decide what is appropriate for the session and whether follow-up is indicated. If you already use a walking aid, mention it when you book so the professional knows what is available at home.

Arranging a visit

Step 1

Describe your goal

Tell us what you want to work on and whether this is your first assessment or a follow-up.

Step 2

Prepare the visit space

Tell us which room is accessible, whether there are stairs and what equipment you already have.

Step 3

Confirm the session

Confirm the address and appointment before making plans. Ask the physiotherapist after the assessment whether follow-up sessions are appropriate.

Service Coverage in Morocco

Give the address where the session would take place, and mention stairs or other access constraints. If you will be staying with family temporarily, give that address and let us know if it may change between visits. We confirm availability for the actual location.

Your questions

What should I have ready for the first home physiotherapy visit?

Gather the referral if you have one, any movement restrictions, and your previous rehabilitation plan. Have the walking aid you normally use nearby and be ready to describe the daily activity you want to work on.

Do I need to buy equipment before the first session?

Tell us what you have already. The physiotherapist can assess the available space and discuss whether any additional equipment would be useful.

Can I continue rehabilitation started elsewhere?

Share your existing plan, the date of the last session and any instructions from your clinician. The physiotherapist can review those details before recommending how to continue.

Can I book several sessions at once?

Ask about availability for your preferred days. The physiotherapist determines whether follow-up is appropriate after assessing your needs. Confirm the timing and quote for any sessions you plan to book.
