تمت إعادة بناء مركز الصحة الحضري المستوى الأول لإحشاش بالكامل و هو الٱن في مرحلة التشطيب. المركز مقفل و لم يعلن عن تاريخ افتتاحه لاستقبال المواطنين بعد. بتاريخ 13 شتنبر 2025 Le centre de santé urbain premier niveau de Ihchach a été complètement rénové et les travaux sont en cours de finalisation. Aucune date d'ouverture n'est officiellement connue à date. Situation au 13 sept 2025
