Extremely misleading service and unjustified charges! We had a very disappointing experience with Dr. El Hajji Yamina. We were directly referred to her upon the personal recommendation of her husband, Dr. Abdelkader Sabour (orthodontist), whom we trusted. Unfortunately, the doctor claimed to have performed 5 fillings and charged us 2,000 MAD for minor work. This claim is factually impossible since my wife only has 4 upper teeth in total, and the referring doctor initially identified only 2 minor cavities. Charging 2,000 MAD under these inaccurate claims and taking advantage of a referral is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I strongly advise others to be cautious and seek care elsewhere.

Clinical Guidance

How to assess symptoms and act early

For dental care in Agadir, watch early signs such as severe tooth pain, gum swelling, facial swelling, or fever.

Symptom guide

Dental triage is driven by pain progression, swelling spread, fever, and ability to eat or drink. Early action prevents deep infection and avoidable emergency complications.

When to request same-day medical help

  • Tooth pain persists beyond 24 hours or keeps returning.
  • Gum swelling, jaw pain, or bad taste is worsening.
  • Pain is preventing sleep, chewing, or hydration.
  • Post-procedure symptoms are increasing instead of improving.

Emergency warning signs (call now)

  • Facial or neck swelling with difficulty swallowing or breathing.
  • High fever with severe dental pain or spreading infection signs.
  • Uncontrolled bleeding after extraction or oral trauma.
  • Rapid deterioration with dehydration or confusion.

What to do while waiting for the doctor

  • Keep the patient upright if swelling is present.
  • Use only safe previously tolerated pain control.
  • Rinse gently with lukewarm salt water if tolerated.
  • Prepare dental history, allergies, and recent procedures.

Good outcomes usually come from early escalation, clear symptom tracking, and disciplined waiting steps.
