Bonjour, je me suis arrêté à cet hôpital suite à une petite chute sans gravité a moto. J'ai été pris en charge rapidement par le monsieur de la sécurité à l'entrée, par les médecins et infirmières sur place. J'ai été tout de suite mis en confiance et je suis très reconnaissant pour leur gentillesse et leur dévouement. Merci infiniment. Karim

Hôpital provincial 20 Août à Azrou : accueil rapide, infirmières attentionnées et très pros. Les médecins impressionnent par leur savoir et leur expérience, malgré des moyens limités. Un grand merci pour leur engagement et leur efficacité au service des patients.

للأسف، تجربتي داخل مستشفى 20 غشت بأزرو كانت صادمة. شاهدت أحد عناصر الأمن الخاص يتعامل مع سيدة أمازيغية مسنة بطريقة مهينة، واستعمل عبارات ذات طابع عنصري. كما شاهدت سيدة أخرى برفقة زوجها، ولما سألته: "علاش كتشوف فيا؟"، أجابها بكل وقاحة: "عجبتيني". هل هذا هو السلوك الذي يُفترض أن يستقبل به المرضى وذووهم داخل مؤسسة صحية؟ وزاد استغرابي عندما علمت أن إدارة المستشفى تمنع المريض من الدخول رفقة مرافق. كيف يمكن لمريض في حالة استعجالية، أو كبير في السن، أو شخص لا يستطيع الحركة أو التواصل، أن يدخل وحده؟ أين المنطق في هذا القرار؟ المستشفى مكان للعلاج واحترام كرامة المواطنين، وليس للإهانة أو العنصرية أو التحرش اللفظي.
