Ce matin, j’avais pris un rendez-vous pour un ami. Cependant, j’ai constaté à l’accueil la présence d’une jeune fille avec un très mauvais comportement envers les clients. Franchement, c’est vraiment regrettable. Merci, Docteur, de bien vouloir prendre cela en considération et d’y accorder de l’importance, car cela peut nuire à votre image et à votre carrière.

Un grand problème pour avoir un rendez vous Ça a fait des semaines que j'appelle au standard mais rien de rein. Sincèrement il faut faire attention à la qualité d’accueil

Très déçue par la mauvaise qualité du service en général. L'accueil est déplorable et le personnel ne répond jamais au téléphone. C'est inacceptable !
