كلما سألت شخصا عن مدينة برشيد، التي تبعد عن مدينة سطات بـ 30 كيلومترا في اتجاه الدار البيضاء، إلا ويتبادر إلى ذهنه مستشفى الرازي للأمراض العقلية، حيث ارتبط اسم الإقليم بالمستشفى المذكور منذ القدم، باعتباره معلمة صحية تاريخية أنشئت سنة 1918، حقق عبر التاريخ إشعاعا جهويا ووطنيا وقاريا، وشكل مرجعا في الخدمات الاستشفائية المهمة التي قدمها “ولازال” للمرضى، منذ أن كانت طاقته الاستيعابية تتجاوز 2000 سرير، إلى أن بدأت في النقصان بعد إنشاء مستشفيات مختصة في الطب النفسي بمدن أخرى.

حسبيا الله ونعما الوكيل فيهم يقومون بضرب المرضى واعتداء عليهم بالضرب والشتم لدي اخ قاموا بالاعتداء عليه جسديا حيت لايصطيع الجلوس ووجهه كلة ازرق بسبب الضرب الله ياخذ فيهم الحق
