Clinical Guidance

How to assess symptoms and act early

For skin care in Casablanca, request dermatology support when rash, itching, redness, or lesions are spreading, painful, or not resolving.

Symptom guide

Dermatology triage prioritizes spread speed, infection signs, pain, and systemic symptoms. Early treatment reduces complications from skin infections and severe inflammatory flares.

When to request same-day medical help

  • Rash, eczema, acne flare, or skin irritation persists beyond 48 hours and is worsening.
  • Redness, swelling, warmth, crusting, or discharge suggests localized infection.
  • Skin symptoms are interfering with sleep, work, or daily function.
  • Recurring skin episodes are becoming more frequent despite usual care.

Emergency warning signs (call now)

  • Rapidly spreading painful redness with fever or chills.
  • Facial swelling, lip swelling, or rash with breathing symptoms.
  • Widespread blistering, skin peeling, or severe medication reaction suspicion.
  • Skin infection signs plus confusion, severe weakness, or persistent vomiting.

What to do while waiting for the doctor

  • Keep affected skin clean, dry, and protected from friction.
  • Avoid new cosmetics, fragrances, or unprescribed topical products.
  • Do not scratch lesions; trim nails and use gentle cooling measures.
  • Take timeline photos to help clinical comparison.

Good outcomes usually come from early escalation, clear symptom tracking, and disciplined waiting steps.
