Clinical Guidance

How to assess symptoms and act early

For imaging support in Casablanca, urgent radiology is useful when clinicians need fast confirmation of trauma, infection, obstruction, or structural causes.

Symptom guide

Radiology triage links symptoms to imaging urgency, but unstable patients should move directly to emergency treatment before routine imaging workflows.

When to request same-day medical help

  • A clinician advised same-day imaging to guide treatment decisions.
  • Persistent pain, injury symptoms, or unresolved respiratory or abdominal complaints need structural evaluation.
  • Follow-up imaging is needed to assess progression of a known condition.
  • Symptoms persist despite treatment and diagnosis remains uncertain.

Emergency warning signs (call now)

  • Major trauma, severe chest pain, stroke signs, or collapse where emergency treatment is priority.
  • Rapid neurologic decline or severe respiratory distress.
  • Uncontrolled bleeding with unstable hemodynamic status.
  • Acute severe abdominal symptoms with instability.

What to do while waiting for the doctor

  • Bring prior scans, referral notes, and symptom timeline.
  • Report pregnancy status and contrast allergies before imaging.
  • Follow fasting instructions if contrast or sedation is planned.
  • Do not delay emergency call while waiting for imaging slots.

Good outcomes usually come from early escalation, clear symptom tracking, and disciplined waiting steps.

This guide is educational and does not replace medical diagnosis.
