If there was a - 10 i would loved to give it to this very very bad filthy clinic. We had an appointment with the doctor so we called the morning to get out appointment but the girl on the phone lied to us, she said the doctor will not be there today and even upon our insistence and we told her what the doctor told us but she still persists in her lie. We end up waiting until 7 pm. The doctor is nice and competent but those people are not honest and only take advantage of people illnesses. I highly don't recommend and this will be my last time in this filthy clinic

Clinical Guidance

How to assess symptoms and act early

For foot and gait care in Errachidia, seek podiatry support when pain, ulcers, or walking limitation is persistent or worsening.

Symptom guide

Podiatry triage focuses on diabetic risk, infection spread, circulation status, load pain, and progression of wounds or gait dysfunction.

When to request same-day medical help

  • Persistent heel, forefoot, or ankle pain is limiting walking.
  • Ingrown nail or localized foot infection signs are worsening.
  • Diabetic callus, wound, or pressure area needs early clinical care.
  • Foot posture or gait symptoms are progressing and affecting function.

Emergency warning signs (call now)

  • Diabetic foot ulcer with redness, discharge, fever, or rapidly spreading inflammation.
  • Black, blue, cold, or numb toe suggesting circulation compromise.
  • Deep puncture wound with swelling and severe pain.
  • Acute inability to bear weight after trauma.

What to do while waiting for the doctor

  • Keep the foot clean, dry, and protected from pressure.
  • Avoid barefoot walking and tight footwear.
  • Do not self-cut calluses or attempt invasive nail correction.
  • Track wound size, color, pain, and temperature trend.

Good outcomes usually come from early escalation, clear symptom tracking, and disciplined waiting steps.
