Je suis très déçu de mon expérience avec l'assistante du médecin Bennani Boutaina lors de ma visite. Elle n'a pas été accueillante ni souriante, et j'ai trouvé qu'elle était occupée à regarder son téléphone, ce qui donne une impression de désintérêt. De plus, elle a refusé ma demande de passer en consultation, en prétextant que le cabinet allait fermer bientôt, alors que j'étais présente à 13h45, soit bien avant la fermeture à 14h. Je tiens à souligner que l'une des raisons de venir consulter un médecin, c'est pour faire prendre en considération nos douleurs et nos besoins. Malheureusement, dans ce cas, mes douleurs n'ont pas été prises en compte, ce qui est décevant. J'espère que cette situation pourra être améliorée afin d'offrir une expérience plus chaleureuse, compréhensive et professionnelle aux patients. Personnellement je recommande à une autre personne tout on sachant que c'est une amie qui m'a recommandé Bennani Boutaina que je ne vais pas juger mais je juge l'image du cabinet qui l'assistante.

My cousin went to this doctor for strange symptoms/spotting on her legs. Dr. Benani told her it was just "allergies" and prescribed her a cream for a month. Wasted her time, then after a month when there were no improvements, my cousin went to a different doctor. Turns out she had tuberculosis and was just a little bit of time way from very serious lifelong effects.

المكان زوين وكيعطيك واحد الإحساس بالراحة، خصوصًا البنت اللي خدامة مع الطبيبة، تعاملها راقٍ وكتستقبلك ببشاشة وابتسامة ما كتفارقهاش. كتخليك تحس بالاطمئنان من أول لحظة، وخدمتها مهنية بزاف. صراحة كتضفي جو زوين وإنساني على العيادة.
