I advice you not to go to this place. I have 2 bad experiences with them: First when my daughter broke her leg because of an accident, this hospital called public doctor from outside to deal with her, but the intervention failed. I took her to another doctor and restarted everything from 0. Second, my mother had a chronic stomachache, I was with her her to consult the gastrointestinal doctor. The called her from public hospital. After consultation plus medical analysis, nothing founded. Next return, this didn't come to control and left us waiting more than 2 hours. There is nothing which proof that this place is a hospital.

Clinical Guidance

How to assess symptoms and act early

For clinic-based care in Khemisset, request same-day review when symptoms involve multiple systems or when diagnosis and treatment need coordinated evaluation.

Symptom guide

Clinic triage prioritizes complexity, progression speed, and need for multi-specialty or diagnostic support in one coordinated pathway.

When to request same-day medical help

  • Symptoms are persistent and not clearly explained by one simple cause.
  • You need coordinated assessment with labs, imaging, and specialist input.
  • Current treatment is not improving the condition over expected time.
  • Chronic conditions are flaring and require structured same-day review.

Emergency warning signs (call now)

  • Severe breathing difficulty, chest pain, confusion, or collapse.
  • Stroke-like signs, seizure, or sudden neurologic deficit.
  • Uncontrolled bleeding, severe dehydration, or rapidly worsening state.
  • Any instability where emergency dispatch is safer than outpatient flow.

What to do while waiting for the doctor

  • Keep the patient stable and avoid unnecessary exertion.
  • Prepare full medical file including medications and previous reports.
  • Note symptom onset, progression, and current severity.
  • Escalate to emergency call if red flags appear before appointment.

Good outcomes usually come from early escalation, clear symptom tracking, and disciplined waiting steps.
