هذا المختبر يُعتبر نموذجًا صارخًا للفشل المهن وانعدام الضمير، حيث إن نتائجه لا تمتّ للدقة العلمية بأي صلة، وتصدر بشكل عشوائي يبعث على الشك والاشمئزاز. الأخطاء الفادحة في التحاليل تتكرر بشكل مهين، إذ تُظهر اختلافات غير مبررة بين شخص وآخر، وكأن الأمر لا يعدو كونه تخمينًا لا تحليلًا طبيًا. غياب الرقابة، وسوء التسيير، والاستخفاف بصحة الناس يجعل من هذا المكان خطرًا حقيقيًا، لا مختبرًا، ويُسقط عنه أي صفة مهنية أو إنسانية، لأن العبث بصحة المرضى، خصوصًا في أمر مصيري كالتشخيص، هو جريمة أخلاقية قبل أن يكون تقصيرًا طبيًا.
