Je suis actuellement dans ce cabinet médical et, avant même d’avoir pu consulter la médecin, j’ai malheureusement été confrontée à un très mauvais accueil de la part de la personne à la réception. Son comportement et sa manière de parler aux patients sont inacceptables et manquent de respect et de professionnalisme. Je trouve regrettable de vivre une telle expérience avant même la consultation. L’accueil est la première image que l’on se fait d’un cabinet médical, et les patients méritent d’être reçus avec respect, politesse et bienveillance. J’espère que la direction prendra cette remarque en considération afin d’améliorer la qualité de l’accueil

بدلي سيدة لي في استقبال معندهاش معاملة مزيانة و فيها تخرج العينين بزاف و كلام غير لائق في حق المرضى لو لا لطف الله كنت ضربتها سيدة سمراء انفس معاملة

Very bad experience, there was no respect for patients time. My appointment was scheduled for 9 30 am, but we were not seen until 1 30 after waiting four hours. To make matterers worse after the long wait, the doctor simply advised us to wait until the next appointment before starting insulin, even thought the blood sugar level was still above 1.25g/l. This was very disappointing and did not inspire confidence in the care provided. Overall, the experience was frustrating due to the excessive waiting time and the lack of clear, proactive medical management
