J'ai pris connaissance de Mme la dentiste vu son post sur un groupe Facebook où elle annonçait l'ouverture de son cabinet à Paris après son arrivée du Maroc. Par solidarité marocaine j'ai pris rendez-vous dans la minute qui a suivi. J'ai attendu presque 2 semaines avec impatience car j'ai vraiment besoin d'un rendez-vous dentiste J'avais organisé tout mon weekend autour de ce rendez-vous du 31/01à 15h. Jeudi matin, son assistante m'appelle pour me demander si je peux venir plutôt à 12h30. Bon, j'ai fait preuve de compréhension, j'ai accepté sans hésiter et j'ai complètement chamboulé mon week-end pour m'adapter. Et là, en fin de journée... annulation du rendez-vous!!! Sans explication sans appel, rien, aucune considération, Comme si je n'existais pas. Depuis hier, j'appelle le cabinet, encore et encore. Personne ne décroche, personne ne prend la peine de me répondre. Bref, hyper déçue et bien évidemment que je ne recommande vraiment pas.

Le dentiste a pris le temps de m'écouter attentivement et de répondre à toutes mes questions concernant mon traitement. Les installations étaient modernes et bien entretenues, ce qui m'a donné confiance dans les soins que je recevais. Dans l'ensemble, je recommande vivement ce cabinet dentaire pour leur expertise et leur attention exceptionnelle aux besoins des patients.
