Pas de respect de rendez vous Après avoir pris un rendez vous a 11h vers 11:25 l assitante fait entrer un patient sans rendez vous sou pretexte qu il attendait depuis 9 h même si on a notre rendez vous et on est en fil d attente depuis 10:50 sans oublier qu on avait in cas urgent d un patient agé de 76 ans!!!!!!
