The experience was good but my main problem is the wait time was more than an hour ,the chairs needs to be changed i think they are older than me or sum ,and the medical staff need to chill and be more respectful to each other because it is not professional to talk loud and scream at each other like if you have a problem or something solve it outside and be professional it is a work place i am saying this because it is in the capital and these behaviors needs to be changed

Clinical Guidance

How to assess symptoms and act early

For clinic-based care in Rabat, request same-day review when symptoms involve multiple systems or when diagnosis and treatment need coordinated evaluation.

Symptom guide

Clinic triage prioritizes complexity, progression speed, and need for multi-specialty or diagnostic support in one coordinated pathway.

When to request same-day medical help

  • Symptoms are persistent and not clearly explained by one simple cause.
  • You need coordinated assessment with labs, imaging, and specialist input.
  • Current treatment is not improving the condition over expected time.
  • Chronic conditions are flaring and require structured same-day review.

Emergency warning signs (call now)

  • Severe breathing difficulty, chest pain, confusion, or collapse.
  • Stroke-like signs, seizure, or sudden neurologic deficit.
  • Uncontrolled bleeding, severe dehydration, or rapidly worsening state.
  • Any instability where emergency dispatch is safer than outpatient flow.

What to do while waiting for the doctor

  • Keep the patient stable and avoid unnecessary exertion.
  • Prepare full medical file including medications and previous reports.
  • Note symptom onset, progression, and current severity.
  • Escalate to emergency call if red flags appear before appointment.

Good outcomes usually come from early escalation, clear symptom tracking, and disciplined waiting steps.
