I had a great experience at hospital ibn sina in the eye department. I would like to thank the doctor who had helped my mom, Dr. Hamza Lazaar, he was very intellectual and professional. I would also like to thank the Pr. Ben chakroun who did the surgery to my mom and it was great success his one of the best eye doctors in morocco I am so glad we had him in this country. I couldn't thank him enough for helping my mom and I would like to give a big thank you to the whole team.

Clinical Guidance

How to assess symptoms and act early

For clinic-based care in Rabat, request same-day review when symptoms involve multiple systems or when diagnosis and treatment need coordinated evaluation.

Symptom guide

Clinic triage prioritizes complexity, progression speed, and need for multi-specialty or diagnostic support in one coordinated pathway.

When to request same-day medical help

  • Symptoms are persistent and not clearly explained by one simple cause.
  • You need coordinated assessment with labs, imaging, and specialist input.
  • Current treatment is not improving the condition over expected time.
  • Chronic conditions are flaring and require structured same-day review.

Emergency warning signs (call now)

  • Severe breathing difficulty, chest pain, confusion, or collapse.
  • Stroke-like signs, seizure, or sudden neurologic deficit.
  • Uncontrolled bleeding, severe dehydration, or rapidly worsening state.
  • Any instability where emergency dispatch is safer than outpatient flow.

What to do while waiting for the doctor

  • Keep the patient stable and avoid unnecessary exertion.
  • Prepare full medical file including medications and previous reports.
  • Note symptom onset, progression, and current severity.
  • Escalate to emergency call if red flags appear before appointment.

Good outcomes usually come from early escalation, clear symptom tracking, and disciplined waiting steps.
