Vraiment déçu de l'expérience, accueil nul, personnel non compétent, on m a fait attendre une heure pour m annoncer à la fin que l'imprimante ne fonctionne pas et que je dois revenir après, sans me préciser à quelle heure, ou combien de temps faut il pour régler le problème.
