Les urgences sont bien équipés pour les interventions de base , personnel médical très aimable , je pense que le nombre de lit n'est pas assez grand mais que le corp medical fait de son mieux et fait bien son travail,

Clinical Guidance

How to assess symptoms and act early

For clinic-based care in Tangier, request same-day review when symptoms involve multiple systems or when diagnosis and treatment need coordinated evaluation.

Symptom guide

Clinic triage prioritizes complexity, progression speed, and need for multi-specialty or diagnostic support in one coordinated pathway.

When to request same-day medical help

  • Symptoms are persistent and not clearly explained by one simple cause.
  • You need coordinated assessment with labs, imaging, and specialist input.
  • Current treatment is not improving the condition over expected time.
  • Chronic conditions are flaring and require structured same-day review.

Emergency warning signs (call now)

  • Severe breathing difficulty, chest pain, confusion, or collapse.
  • Stroke-like signs, seizure, or sudden neurologic deficit.
  • Uncontrolled bleeding, severe dehydration, or rapidly worsening state.
  • Any instability where emergency dispatch is safer than outpatient flow.

What to do while waiting for the doctor

  • Keep the patient stable and avoid unnecessary exertion.
  • Prepare full medical file including medications and previous reports.
  • Note symptom onset, progression, and current severity.
  • Escalate to emergency call if red flags appear before appointment.

Good outcomes usually come from early escalation, clear symptom tracking, and disciplined waiting steps.
