This doctor is responsible for my son's death because he is taking medication that is not suitable for him and a mother who gives him no blood tests or scans. After the second visit, he gave me an urgent paper to the hospital and then to the cemetery... We will not forgive neither this world nor the hereafter...

Clinical Guidance

How to assess symptoms and act early

For gynecologic care in Tangier, timely assessment is important when pelvic pain, abnormal bleeding, or pregnancy-related symptoms are worsening.

Symptom guide

Gynecologic triage considers pain pattern, bleeding volume, pregnancy status, fever, and discharge changes to identify early escalation needs.

When to request same-day medical help

  • Pelvic or lower abdominal pain persists and is increasing.
  • Abnormal bleeding outside expected cycle or prolonged heavy flow.
  • Pregnancy-related pain, vomiting, dizziness, or unusual discharge.
  • Postpartum or post-procedure symptoms are not improving.

Emergency warning signs (call now)

  • Very heavy bleeding, collapse, or severe unilateral pelvic pain.
  • Pregnancy with bleeding and significant abdominal pain.
  • High fever with pelvic pain and foul discharge.
  • Rapid worsening with vomiting, confusion, or inability to stand safely.

What to do while waiting for the doctor

  • Track bleeding amount, pain timeline, and temperature.
  • Avoid unverified medication escalation or vaginal products.
  • Hydrate in small sips if tolerated and rest.
  • Prepare menstrual or pregnancy timeline and medication history.

Good outcomes usually come from early escalation, clear symptom tracking, and disciplined waiting steps.
