أعتقد أنه من غير اللائق عدم إطلاع الزبون على ثمن خدمتكم عبر الهاتف و إجباره على المجيئ الى المختبر ، انتم في الغالب تتعاملون مع مرضى يصعب عليهم التنقل ، اخبارهم بثمن الخدمة سيجعل زيارتهم اسهل
