mauvaise expérience, Il y a pas d'analyse avec un esprit d'un psychologue , c'est juste 'drama', elle ne mérite pas de payée , psq il yas pas d'un feedback ou bien d'une valeur ajouter .

Clinical Guidance

How to assess symptoms and act early

For psychological support in Tangier, early intervention helps when stress, panic, grief, or mood symptoms are persistent and harming daily function.

Symptom guide

Psychology triage focuses on functional impact, emotional regulation, panic frequency, and any safety concerns requiring higher-level escalation.

When to request same-day medical help

  • Anxiety, low mood, burnout, or panic episodes are persistent for days to weeks.
  • Concentration, sleep, work, or relationships are significantly affected.
  • Stress reactions are intensifying despite self-care attempts.
  • Behavioral changes in adolescents or adults are clearly worsening.

Emergency warning signs (call now)

  • Any self-harm thoughts, suicidal planning, or intent to harm others.
  • Severe dissociation, confusion, or inability to stay oriented.
  • Panic with severe chest symptoms not settling after basic grounding.
  • Acute behavioral crisis where safety cannot be guaranteed.

What to do while waiting for the doctor

  • Keep the person accompanied and in a low-stimulation environment.
  • Use slow breathing and grounding techniques if tolerated.
  • Avoid alcohol or recreational substances.
  • Document triggers, duration, and progression for clinical handoff.

Good outcomes usually come from early escalation, clear symptom tracking, and disciplined waiting steps.

This guide is educational and does not replace medical diagnosis.
