عدم إعطاء الوقت الكافي للمريض ، السرعة في التشخيص ، حتى أنه لم يكتشف الحصى التي كانت في الكلية ، بينما اكتشفها طبيب عام . كانت تجربة سيئة . بالنسبة للكاتبة حسنة الاستقبال والمعاملة .
