Je voulais avoir un rendez-vous, alors la secrétaire m’a répondu très froidement avec aucune politesse; on donne pas les rendez-vous il faut attendre jusqu’à janvier pour venir et avoir un rendez-vous ( qui peut aller jusqu’à février ou mars)!

للأسف كانت تجربتي سيئة جدًا. ضيّعوا وقتي أكثر من مرة بسبب سوء التنظيم وعدم احترام مواعيد المرضى. في المرة الأولى أخبرتني موظفة الاستقبال أن أعود بعد شهر دون تقديم أي حل أو موعد واضح. وعندما عدت بعد شهر، فوجئت بأنها أخبرتني أن الطبيب في إجازة، رغم أنه كان بالإمكان إخباري بذلك مسبقًا حتى لا أتكبد عناء الحضور. كما لاحظت أن الاستقبال يفتقر إلى الاحترافية، ولا يوجد تنظيم واضح للمواعيد أو تواصل جيد مع المرضى، مما يسبب إضاعة الوقت دون مبرر. اضطررت في النهاية إلى التوجه إلى الدار البيضاء لإجراء العلاج بسبب هذه الفوضى وسوء المعاملة. أتمنى أن تعمل إدارة العيادة على تحسين التنظيم واحترام وقت المرضى، لأن ذلك لا يقل أهمية عن جودة العلاج.
