Très mauvaise expérience! Je suis vraiment déçue par le manque de professionnalisme et la mauvaise qualité du service client. J’ai acheté une paire de chaussures et, lorsque j’ai voulu l’échanger, j’ai été refusée et très mal accueillie. Un client mérite du respect et un minimum de considération, même lorsqu’il demande un échange. Franchement, c’est inadmissible ! Je ne recommande pas ce magasin et je n’y retournerai certainement pas. Le respect du client devrait être une priorité, pas une option.
