Je suis extrêmement déçue de ma visite chez cette gynécologue. En tant que la seule praticienne de la ville, j'attendais une consultation empreinte de compassion et de professionnalisme. Malheureusement, j'ai été confrontée à une attitude non seulement sévère, mais également condescendante. Lors de l'examen, son manque de douceur et de tact a rendu l’expérience particulièrement désagréable, tout en me faisant sentir honteuse de mes inquiétudes et de mes peurs. Et le pire, c’est son excuse qu’elle ne pouvait pas etre plus gentille car elle est fatiguée comme c’est la fin de la journée, alors que j’avais moi même attendu plus de deux heures pour cette consultation en laissant mon bébé moins d’un mois à la maison, alors que j’ai appelé le matin pour la prise de rendez-vous. Sa justification m’a paru non seulement déplacée, mais également révélatrice d’un manque de professionnalisme. J'aurais souhaité un minimum d'empathie et d'écoute attentive de la part d'une professionnelle de santé.. bien dommage

I finally got to see my gynecologist, Nadia, again, and as always, the appointment was nothing short of perfect! ❤️ I came from the North of Morocco to only see her. She is truly amazing, professional, caring, and attentive. She makes you feel comfortable, listened to, and reassured every step of the way. Her kindness and dedication really make all the difference, and I always leave feeling confident and in good hands. It’s such a pleasure to be followed by someone who genuinely cares about her patients. I couldn’t recommend her enough! Thank you doc Nadia, for being as wonderful as ever🌸
